Elsewhere, Sitter is drilling 50 wells in 3 to 5 well packages in Breathitt County, Kentucky. Also in negotiation are Devonian horizontal plays in West Virginia and a shallow 10,500 acre oil and gas development in Perry and Leslie County, Kentucky.

This is a great example of the challenges of economy of scale. Big oil must operate on a global playing field and here is a first hand look at the incredible risk and expense encountered in world class projects. We are a small, onshore contractor who doesn't need to invest billions to make a nice profit and we are thankful for the advantages the Appalachias provide in our relatively low risk, low cost environment.
